I just got back from a wonderful fly fishing trip on on the San Juan River.  My guide Jeremy Nolan of Heads Up Fly Fishing has elevated my expectation of customer service. We spent a total of  16 hours on the river with Jeremy, when you think about it how often do you hire a small business to provide a service that you spend 8 hours in one day with that person. You don’t always need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to improving your company. I’m not talking about stealing trade secrets.  I don’t recommend copying another businesses website content.  However, there are times when it’s okay to borrow other companies ideas. (more…)
